Include these details
- Your work email and portal name.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- The relevant Power BI page URL, if it is safe to share.
- A screenshot and the time the issue occurred, if available.
Common extension checks
- Confirm you are signed in to the correct Power BI account.
- Refresh the Power BI page after installing or updating the extension.
- Open Chrome's Extensions page and make sure Lumio PBI is enabled.
- If access is denied, ask your portal administrator to confirm your account is approved.
